Troy is at it again, winning for the 3rd time in his last 7 events. His even-par (net) smoked the field, despite a 5-putt during the round.
Gary and Tall Mike continue to be a time-issue when paired together. We are monitoring the situation, but the President just announced sanctions and tariffs are on the table.

Our first Major is next Sunday at Glen Lakes, at NOON. We played there back in Spring 2023.
12pm is the first time non-members are allowed to go out.
Give yourself plenty of time to get out there, and be ready to go early (as we did last time). Pairings will be randomized Thursday night.

Danny also asked if he ever made 3 pars in a row before. That kind of stuff isn't easy for us to lookup... but he last did it Week 2 in Spring 2023 at Plantation Palms (Holes 8, 9, 10).
ReplyDeleteThe same tournament in the freezing cold that he had easily locked up... until he put two balls in the lake on 18 (with most of the Club watching from the bar), to make a max 9 and lose by 3.
